• Refund requests are only accepted within 24 hours  of the purchase date.

• To be eligible for a refund, you must provide proof of purchase and a valid reason for your request.

2. Non-Refundable Fees

• Registration fees for workshops or events may be non-refundable once the event has started or if the registration was made less than 24 hours  before the event.

• Include your order number, the date of purchase, and a brief explanation of your reason for the request.

4. Processing Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed within  24 hours  to the original payment method.

• You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
